Anticipation exercise


Three kinds of anticipation:
1. In the middle is a normal anticipation, not exaggerated which makes the ball lifeless.
2. In the left the ball it's clearly preparing for the jump and it can be seen some exaggeration on the squash and stretch.
3. In the right the ball has personality, it has an anticipation that reminds of a cat preparing to jump rotating its hips with the back legs. I wanted to bring this feel and I only used a twisting and a little bit of rotations left/right.
