The main focus in those drawings is the posture and pose of a character, meaning how the balance and weight is distributed and how gestures are giving life to him, and I have used two mediums that gave me the ability to finish relatively quick and to catch the pose.
The first two drawings are made using conte crayon with 2 different colors. The first one from the left is more of a exhausted pose where the character looks like it's taking a break putting its weight on the arms. This one looks a little out of balance because the right leg is hidden and it would look better if it was visible and it would helped with the pose as well. In the second one on the right the character has a dynamic pose where he looks like he is trying to climb up on something, that's why the left leg is not visible. Although in this case the hidden leg doesn't affect the balance.
The third drawing is made using charcoal and is representing a man, again, resting. This one has more negative space which is helping with the pose but it almost looks like it's out of balance somehow. Maybe if the right leg would be a little to the left and the fabric would be more in the left as well, the balance wouldn't be off.
